September 30, 2025 – TrustWorks Collective is excited to announce that Lisa Bielamowicz, MD, has joined the organization as its new Chief Clinical Officer. In this role, Dr. Bielamowicz will bring her deep clinical insight and strategic expertise to help guide TrustWorks and its partners through the evolving healthcare landscape.

With more than two decades of experience advising healthcare executives and boards, Dr. Bielamowicz is recognized as a trusted voice in healthcare strategy and transformation. She has led hundreds of leadership forums, delivered keynote speeches nationwide, and been featured in leading publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Health Affairs.

Previously, Dr. Bielamowicz co-founded Gist Healthcare, a strategic advisory firm supporting industry leaders in navigating rapid change, which was acquired by Kaufman Hall, now under Vizient. Prior to that, she served as Chief Medical Officer of the Advisory Board, where she led the firm’s strategy research and authored influential publications on health system and physician strategy, healthcare consumerism, and business model transformation.

As both a physician and strategist, Dr. Bielamowicz brings a unique ability to connect clinical practice with market realities. She trained in diagnostic radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, earned her MD with highest honors from Baylor College of Medicine (graduating first in her class), and holds a bachelor’s degree from Rice University. She also serves as a non-voting advisor on the board of Centivo, helping to shape the organization’s strategic direction.
