Anthony D’Eredita is an innovative leader with over 25 years of experience across private, publicly-traded, and non-profit organizations. His expertise spans executive management, governance, law, operations, finance, strategic planning, consulting, turnarounds, and healthcare technology.
As Founder and CEO of TrustWorks Collective, LLC, Anthony partners with organizations to address critical healthcare industry challenges. He provides strategic guidance and operational support that enables organizations to enhance healthcare delivery while maintaining financial sustainability. Anthony specializes in strategic planning, establishing new businesses, performance turnaround initiatives, and growing companies organically or through acquisitions.
Previously, Anthony served as Senior Business Manager and Strategic Advisor for Apple — AC Wellness, where he led the healthcare management services organization, overseeing finance, IT, and business operations. He managed the annual budget, supervised IT systems implementation, and advised clinical operations and R&D teams.
Earlier, as Executive Vice President and National Practice Partner at The Advisory Board Company, Anthony led engagements in interim management, strategic planning, performance improvement, provider alignment, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience encompasses national health systems, academic medical centers, and community hospitals.
Anthony holds a JD and MSL (magna cum laude) from Vermont Law School, an MBA from Syracuse
University’s Whitman School of Business, and a BS from Lemoyne College. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and serves as Board Chair for Lovu and a Board Member for Betty’s Co.
Lisa Bielamowicz is a healthcare strategist with deep experience advising industry executives about the future marketplace and impact on their organizations. As a Senior Advisor with TrustWorks Collective, Lisa is a strategic leader that distills actionable insights from complex and conflicting market forces and provides an unparalleled understanding of healthcare markets and provider dynamics.
Lisa brings energetic, provocative discussion to every forum she leads, having advised hundreds of executive teams and boards of directors over the past two decades. She is a frequent keynote speaker, and quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Health Affairs.
Previously, Lisa was the Co-Founder and President of Gist Healthcare, a strategic advisory service providing guidance to healthcare industry leaders. Prior to founding Gist, Lisa was Chief Medical Officer of the Advisory Board, where she led the firm’s strategy research for over a decade, and was primary author of dozens of publications on health system and physician strategy, consumer strategy, and business model transformation.
She is an advisor to the Centivo board of directors, serving as a non-voting member, helping to set the organization’s strategic direction. As a physician, Lisa brings a clinical lens to her work and has a deep understanding of the dynamics of physician practice. She trained in diagnostic radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rice University and received her MD with highest honors from Baylor College of Medicine, graduating first in her class.
With 17 years of experience driving business growth and operational efficiency, Brittany Witt has built a career optimizing organizations and aligning leadership with execution. As Principal & CAO of TrustWorks Collective, she leads business operations, financial growth strategy, and marketing, ensuring seamless execution of the firm’s operating strategy.
Previously, Brittany served as Program Director for HCA Healthcare’s Center for Clinical Advancement, where she streamlined post-acquisition integration for Galen College of Nursing and launched HCA’s Clinical Education podcast and website to improve strategic communications across divisions.
At Flexwise Health, a healthcare technology startup focused on clinical workforce optimization, Brittany served as Product Manager. She played a pivotal role in developing an integrated platform to forecast patient demand and optimize hospital staffing. Working closely with the CEO, she helped shape the company’s product vision and go-to-market strategy, translating high-level vision into structured product sprints and managing cross-functional execution.
Brittany honed her strategic and operational leadership at The Advisory Board Company, where she led business operations for a $20M revenue-generating division. She worked with physician groups and health systems on initiatives to reduce care variation, improve patient access, optimize medical group operations, and enhance service line strategy. Her consulting engagements helped health systems identify strategic growth opportunities and financial sustainability strategies. She also oversaw a team that generated over 800 proposals in 2014, with a total contract value exceeding $157M. Brittany holds a bachelor of science in mass communication, with a concentration in journalism, from Middle Tennessee State University.
Laura Sebastyn is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience driving transformational change across healthcare organizations. Known for her strategic insight and operational excellence, Laura has led major transitions, expansions, and infrastructure enhancements that boosted profitability, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Currently a Principal & Senior Advisor at TrustWorks Collective, Laura partners with clients to address high-impact challenges. Her multifaceted expertise spans Strategic Growth, Ambulatory Network Development, Legal and Governance Optimization, Finance, Operations, and Physician Alignment. Her collaborative, hands-on approach earns trust and buy-in, even in resistant environments.
Laura previously served as Interim Executive Director at Tufts Medical Center Community Care, where she crafted and implemented a strategic roadmap ahead of a planned merger. In just two years, she grew revenue and reduced costs by onboarding high-performing providers and
consolidating practices.
Earlier, she spent seven years as Director of Operations at Compass Medical, leading the launch of nine clinics and increasing the provider base by 65%. Under her leadership, patient satisfaction jumped by 50%, as measured by state rankings. Laura began her career at Compass as an Accountant and rose through the ranks to become Controller, Manager of Operations, and eventually Director—developing a strong foundation in financial modeling and value-based business development.
Laura holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bridgewater State University. Her passion lies in shaping forward-thinking strategies that advance healthcare delivery.
Kirk Gillis is a seasoned healthcare executive who specializes in designing scalable operating models that enhance access, quality, and consumer experience while driving positive financial outcomes. As Principal and Senior Advisor at TrustWorks Collective, he provides expertise in accretive growth strategies, digital health implementation, population health management, and value-based care initiatives.
Previously, Kirk served as Business Segment Lead at Amazon, developing go-to-market initiatives for government-sponsored healthcare programs. He also founded Constant Horizon, a healthcare consulting practice focused on transforming healthcare delivery while achieving market growth for clients. At Renown Health, Nevada’s largest medical delivery system, Kirk held multiple leadership positions including Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Accountable Care. His achievements include developing the 2020 Strategic Plan, forming a community health venture with Regional Emergency Medical Services, leading the Population Health Management Office, and establishing one of the nation’s largest telemedicine programs through Renown Telehealth.
Kirk’s earlier career includes executive roles at @Global (InsurTech), Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and Cigna. His extensive experience spans integrated healthcare systems, information technology, insurance, and managed care organizations. A published author, Kirk wrote the “Nevada Telemedicine Parity Act of 2015” and co-authored “Accountable Care Organizations: A Model for the Future” in the American Journal of Managed Care. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to telemedicine, healthcare innovation, and corporate leadership.
Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts in liberal studies and business administration from California State University at Fullerton.
Senior Advisor, Financial and Data Analytics
Michael Levine is a seasoned financial strategist specializing in advanced analytics and modeling for healthcare organizations. Michael’s expertise spans financial planning, valuation, and healthcare analytics. He builds dynamic financial and valuation models to support mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions. He also integrates complex datasets to provide actionable insights that drive performance and long-term growth.
As Senior Advisor at TrustWorks Collective, he designs sophisticated financial tools that help executives and providers model outcomes, assess risks, and make informed strategic decisions.
Before joining TrustWorks, Michael led Excel Savants, LLC, a consultancy focused on financial modeling and business transformation. He developed comprehensive models, supported venture capital fundraising, streamlined data processes, and delivered high-impact Excel and VBA solutions. His company earned membership in the Microsoft Partner Network for its excellence in Excel-based business tools.
Earlier in his career, Michael worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Financial Consultant. There, he developed and implemented a Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) metric adopted enterprise-wide, influencing shareholder reporting. He also helped design an enterprise risk-adjusted return on capital (RAROC) metric, creating tools to assess capital project risks using historical data and predictive modeling.
Michael holds a BA in Economics from Kenyon College, an MBA with a focus on Finance, and a Mini-MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of St. Thomas. He is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst through the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
Patrick joined TrustWorks with five years of thought leadership, content creation, and digital marketing experience in the healthcare space. He has honed his skillset for strategic communication through newsletter writing, data analysis, graphic design, and social media management, supported by a background in healthcare policy and analysis. As Content Director at TrustWorks Collective, Patrick serves as the editor of TrustWorks On Call and oversees its publication process. He also designs presentations, covering the state of the healthcare industry and TrustWorks’ point of view, and promotes TrustWorks’ brand, including on social media and its website.
Prior to joining TrustWorks, Patrick was employed by Vizient, Kaufman Hall, and Gist Healthcare as an analyst and senior analyst. Over those five years, his role evolved to include a variety of content production, including the drafting of newsletters, articles, case studies, and slides, alongside editorial and management responsibilities. He worked closely with managing directors and other senior partners to develop strategic communications and sharpen insights for client-side projects and industry-wide presentations.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Economics and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Virginia. He currently resides in New York, NY.
Carrie brings over 15 years of legal expertise in healthcare strategy, operations, real estate portfolio management, contract negotiation, and cross-functional workflow implementation. As a Senior Advisor with TrustWorks, she provides consultative services including due diligence and negotiations for joint ventures and mergers/acquisitions, developing scalable processes to improve user experience and efficiency, and supporting the implementation of high-performing governance models.
Previously, Carrie served as Contracts Manager and operations leader with Intuitive Surgical, Inc., a high-growth medical device company with $891M annual spend. She drafted, negotiated, and executed over 100 commercial procurement contracts quarterly across HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, R&D, and General Services. Carrie regularly consulted with executive leadership on contracting strategy, key deal terms, vendor management, and pipeline portfolio planning.
Prior to this, as Senior Project Manager of Real Estate for Stanford Health Care, Carrie managed the enterprise-wide real estate portfolio, ensuring timely decisions and deal executions for more than 50 clinic/office locations totaling over 500K square feet. She conducted long-range planning, feasibility studies, and strategic site selection, partnering with stakeholders to develop business cases for C-Suite and Board approval. Carrie established herself as the subject-matter expert for real estate procedures, creating guidelines and cross-functional workflows to streamline due diligence and improve transaction leverage. Carrie received her bachelor of arts in economics from Middlebury College and earned her doctor of jurisprudence with a concentration in law and health sciences from University of California, Hastings College of Law.
